Satellite images are provided by Sentinel Hub. The Application is not responsible for images affected by weather conditions.
Subscriptions are acquired through ePayco. Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of the right of withdrawal.
Right of Withdrawal: A request can be made within five (5) business days after the transaction.
The Company does not guarantee the continuous availability of The Application or the absolute accuracy of the generated analyses.
All content of The Application is the property of The Company or authorized third parties.
Personal data is processed in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, as established by Colombian regulations.
Payments are processed with ePayco, using secure connections (SSL).
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
